  The Desktop Hazardous Liquid Inspection Device (referred to as the Liquid Detector) is a safety inspection instrument that utilizes ultra-wideband pulse microwave reflection and thermal conduction methods to identify different bottled liquids. This liquid detector consists of a power module, CPU processing module, human-computer interaction display module, touchscreen operation module, metal container detection module, non-metal container monitoring module, clock display module, temperature monitoring module, and detection information printing module, forming a multifunctional liquid detection device for hazardous liquids, temperature display, clock display, detection information printing, and fully touchscreen operation. It features a simple and convenient operational design

Features:

Non-metal channel: Primarily used to detect liquids stored in non-metal materials such as glass, plastic, ceramics, etc. By leveraging the different dielectric constants of liquids and their varying impact on the electric field, it determines the hazardous nature of the liquid.

 

Metal detection channel: Mainly used to detect liquids stored in metal materials like aluminum or iron cans. It determines the hazardous nature of the liquid based on the varying thermal conductivity of different liquids.

 

LCD touchscreen: Used for displaying and controlling the detection information of the two channels, image display, clock display, temperature display, page menus, configuration parameters, etc. The touchscreen can control the desktop liquid detector directly through visual display and can be folded 0-90° for multi-angle viewing.

 

Volatile gas detection channel: Primarily involves gas sampling of the test sample, data collection, data filtering through filtering circuits, comparison and analysis of data for each liquid to discern the category of the tested liquid.

 

LED light indicators: Separated into metal detection channel indicators and non-metal detection channel indicators. Green light indicates safe liquid detection in the channel, while red light indicates detection of hazardous liquid in the channel.

 

Environmentally friendly design: Adopts a green environmental design, using ultra-wideband pulse microwave reflection and thermal conduction methods without radiation, harmless to humans and the inspected items. The detection method is environmentally friendly and safe.
