Metal Detector User Manual: Charging and Operating Instructions**

It is equipped with an alarm system that produces both an audible alarm sound and vibrations when operating on low voltage power. **2. Battery Installation:**

To install or replace the battery:

1. Set the battery cover board backward to remove it.

2. Insert a new 9V alkaline battery (IEC 6F22 or NEDA 1604), paying close attention to the battery's polarity.

3. Push the battery cover board horizontally, ensuring it passes over the metal coin object. During this process, the LED indicator will illuminate.

**3. Operating the Detector:**

1. Turn the unit on by pushing the on/off switch. Please note that a sound accompanies the operation when turning the unit on or off. To conserve power, always turn the unit off properly.

2. Test your metal detector's function by using a known metal coin. When the detecting set passes over the metal coin, the buzzer will produce an alarm sound.

**4. Charging:**

- The charging time for the TS80 metal detector is 14-16 hours.

- Before charging, ensure the battery is completely drained of power.

- Disconnect the charger first before removing the plug from the detector. Failure to follow this sequence may reduce the battery's usage time.
