1.Utilizing advanced backscatter imaging technology:

  Backscatter technology refers to the use of low-energy X-rays to irradiate a specific point on the    object being inspected, with a detector collecting the scattered X-rays to gather information about that point. X-ray machines achieve this by employing a point scanning system, allowing the X-ray projection point to scan the entire object, thereby obtaining an image of the entire object.

Backscatter detection, with the X-ray machine and detector positioned on the same side, offers a compact and convenient device structure. It allows for the inspection of objects positioned near walls or those with greater thickness, thereby addressing the limitations of conventional X-ray transmission detection.

2.High integration, easy operation, and can be operated by a single person:   

The device features an integrated design for detection and control components. The control part consists of an 8-inch tablet computer. When in use, the software's image capture function is activated. Users simply point the handheld device at the object to be inspected, grip the handles with both hands, and press the capture button on the handle to start the operation.

It features dual laser positioning functionality for quick and easy scan location determination. All inspection tasks can be accomplished by a single person. The display screen can also be detached and used separately as a control tablet computer.

During operation, the operator can view the internal structure images of the instrument's target area on the tablet computer. By scanning the desired area with the handheld device, real-time scan images can be instantly observed. This allows for object detection in any direction and angle, with no blind spots or dead zones in the inspection process.

3.The image quality is excellent, making it easy to distinguish between organic and inorganic materials.

  Due to the characteristics of X-ray scattering, backscatter technology is inherently sensitive to organic materials such as explosives and drugs, allowing for a clear distinction between organic and inorganic substances. While our company leverages this advantage, we have also optimized the device structure, ensuring that the image quality reaches a world-class level while maintaining a compact device size. The device is capable of discerning a 0.32mm metal wire and exhibits excellent noise control.

4.Large detection area, superior performance, and excellent craftsmanship.

The device has a large detection area, with a 160mm wide field of view in the length direction when the distance from the object is 5cm. There is no distance limitation, and the scanning speed can reach up to 300cm/s. If the device is moved further away from the inspected item, the detection area can be further expanded. The total weight of the device is approximately 5.5kg, making it convenient to hold. It features a robust ABS engineering plastic housing, ensuring a sturdy structure and excellent craftsmanship.

5.Low radiation dose and long battery life:

Utilizing a low-energy X-ray machine with an extremely narrow X-ray coverage area at the scanning point, the radiation dose is exceedingly low, only slightly higher than the background environmental radiation. This makes it suitable for prolonged handheld use.

1.Household safety inspection:

It can be used to inspect the walls, tables, chairs, and furniture in a house to scan for the presence of hidden compartments and concealed eavesdropping devices.

2.Temporary security checkpoint inspection:

Lightweight and portable, it can be used at temporary security checkpoints to inspect bags, vehicle tires, car seats, compartments, loose cargo, or packaged wooden crates to check for the presence of prohibited or dangerous items.
