The auto conveyor metal detector is used to detect the foreign object in plastic material. The working principle of this machine is based on eddy current principle. In the high frequency electromagnetic field, when the objects move toward the coil, they will produce a voltage and current in the coil due to eddy current effect. The voltage and current are detected by sensor IC circuit and processing unit. When foreign object enters into the detection area, it produces strong signal and causes alarm through buzzer or lamp indicator.
